Meet the owner
You-R-Self, established 2025, is a healing metaphysical and mystical platform. Candace Atkinson has been delving into mysticism and psychoanalyzing energy for over a decade and it is something she is very passionate about. Explore our blog as we share our insights and advice to help with all things spiritual (which manifest themselves into the physical). Candace published her first novel, Nocturnal Rainbows, in 2021 and is currently working on the sequel to this trilogy of pain, bliss and the philosophy of mysticism. She studies psychology and hopes to one day study law at Berkeley and help the mental health system by being a mental health advocate.

Candace worked for a short time as a psychic in a professional capacity, but as she leans more towards spiritual insight and intuitive energy readings to heal, these calls were not on par with the harmony of her own energy. She is a crystal aura and mystic, in the truest sense. Many have started to use the term mystic as ‘mystical’, Candace still adheres to its archaic beliefs of apprehension beyond the intellect through god by self-surrender. Blessed day xx
